"I realize Architecture is a profession that is not about just ideas or principles. It’s really about the implementation of those ideas. We understand the way life works and the way things take shape in nature as well as Designers and Architects give form to things in the world of design. As a Junior designer (Formgiver), I do not only want to make a building or space that is nice for the environment but I also desire something joyful to bring for communities to pursue “Sustainable architecture leads people to live in houses and environment on the Earth with Happiness and Healthiness,"" -- Vi Boi Huynh (David), Formgiver | Interior Designer.
Formgivning (Formgiving) —the Danish word for design—means to give form to that which has not yet been given form to the future. In other words, to give form to the world that we would like to find ourselves living in the future.
* Formgiving in Architecture is a key concept that goes beyond traditional design, involving the shaping and creation of objects, environments, and systems with a deep consideration of their functional, aesthetic, and emotional aspects. It is an approach that integrates art, science, and technology to craft forms that not only fulfill practical needs but also evoke a meaningful experience for users. Formgiving emphasizes the relationship between form and function, ensuring that the design is both purposeful and pleasing to the senses.
“Home” is not a simple shelter. Home became essential for people. It represents a sanctuary where function meets emotion, creating spaces that nurture the soul and support daily living. It is a big picture for expressing personal stories, memories, and values through thoughtful design aspects in the interior space.
